Refund Policy

For items purchased online through the JB Stores website the following terms apply:

- If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return within 15 days from the date of delivery. We will refund you the cost of the items or you may choose to buy a different product from our stores. Delivery costs are not refundable.

- If you wish to receive a full refund, please retain the receipt and present it together with your product at JB Stores Iklin.

- If you wish to return the product, please contact us on : info@jbstores.com

- Kindly contact our customer service team to inform them that you will be returning the product.

- Pillows are not returnable 

- An item that has been washed cannot be returned 

- Products returned after 15 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

- Products need to be returned in their original packaging and in mint condition. JB Stores will not accept any goods that have already been used, or without their original packaging.
